An iPhone-based research project
Research subjects will use an iPhone app available at no cost from the Apple App Store.
After confirming eligibility to participate, all aspects of the study will occur within the app.
Participants will complete surveys about their functioning after botulinum toxin injection.
Convenient
Participate in research during your daily life directly on your iPhone. Surveys are short and straigthforward.
Private
Your name and other identifying information will not be requested. Survey answers sent securely to the team.
Useful
Your contribution will help researchers better understand treatment of a common medical condition.
